Garmin Sounders
Garmin offers three external CHIRP sounder modules, the GCV 10, the GSD 25 and the GSD 26.
These sounders connect to compatible displays through a Garmin Marine Network high-speed cable.
GCV 10
The GCV 10 is a dual-band sounder which uses an included Garmin transom-mounted transducer.
GSD 25
The GSD 25 is a dual-band CHIRP sounder that uses Airmar dual-band 1kW transducers in the Low/Medium or Low/High bands.
GSD 26
The GSD 26 is a high-performance dual-band CHIRP sounder that can be used with any Airmar CHIRP sounder rated at up to 3kW power in the Low/Medium or Low/High bands, including wide-beam models.
CHIRP Marine is an independent source of information about CHIRP technology in transducers, sounders and fishfinders.
